General tips
In my opinion the best way to learn a new language is to involve with it as much as possible. Read articles, watch movies, listen to news even reading product info and manuals might help. Also you have to think in that language. When you think and talk with yourself, speak in that language. You have to care about the language you’re learning. Search for the words you don’t know. All and all, you have to live in a virtual world of that language in order to become a professional.
